Every year, we set aside a few days to step away from the busyness of everyday life and intentionally pursue the presence of God together.
UPPERROOM isn't just another conference to attend—it's an opportunity to encounter Jesus in a fresh and powerful way.
Over the years, this trip has become one of the most meaningful weeks of the year for many people at Tribe. We've watched God heal hearts, renew hope, strengthen marriages, call people into ministry, deepen friendships, and remind people of His incredible love for them. We've laughed together, prayed together, worshiped together, and come home changed.
Whether this is your first time or you've attended every year, we believe God has something unique waiting for you.
If you've never been before, don't let that stop you. One of the things we love most about this trip is that no one has to come knowing everyone. We travel together, eat together, worship together, pray together, and by the time we head home, you'll feel like family.
Our goal isn't simply to fill seats at a conference.
Our prayer is that every person who joins us would have a genuine encounter with Jesus—one that leaves them knowing Him more deeply, loving Him more fully, and returning home with renewed faith for what He wants to do in and through their life.

HOW
Thanks to the generosity of several donors, Tribe has reserved 72 spots for this year's UPPERROOM Conference at a significantly reduced cost.
Without these generous gifts, this trip would cost more than $435 per person.
Your cost is only $250 per person, which includes:
Gold Level Conference Ticket (Early Entry & Preferred Seating – $149 value)
Round-trip transportation between Tribe and Dallas
Four nights in the hotel
Dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings
This is an incredible opportunity to experience UPPERROOM together as a church family.
WHO
Registration is available exclusively to regular Tribe attendees through November 30, 2026, or until all 72 spots have been filled.
If any spaces remain after November 30, registration will open on December 1, 2026 to friends and family members who are connected to someone attending from Tribe. They will also receive the same discounted rate of $250 per person.

FAQs
When does registration open?
Registration opens August 2, 2026 for regular Tribe attendees and remains open through November 30, or until all available spots have been filled.
I don't regularly attend Tribe, can I still receive the discounted rate?
Yes.
If any spots remain after November 30, registration will open on December 1 to anyone who has a connection to Tribe (for example, attending with a friend or family member from Tribe).
What if the trip fills up before I register?
You are still welcome to join us!
You can purchase your own conference ticket, arrange your own transportation and hotel accommodations, and still spend the week with our Tribe group while we're in Dallas.
We would love to have you with us.
Can I drive my own vehicle?
Absolutely.
If you'd prefer to drive yourself, you're welcome to do so. However, the trip price remains $250 per person, since the majority of the cost is your Gold Conference Ticket and hotel accommodations—not transportation.
It's still an incredible value!
What if my spouse and I would like our own hotel room?
If your family would like a private room, you have two options:
Option 1: Fill all four spots assigned to your hotel room.
Option 2: Reserve your own hotel room independently.
The trip cost remains $250 per person, which still includes:
Gold Conference Ticket ($149 value)
Transportation (if desired)
Wednesday & Thursday dinners
For reference, a four-night hotel stay with one king bed is expected to cost approximately $750 if booked separately.
What if I already purchased my own conference ticket?
If you've already purchased your conference ticket, the registration price remains $250.
Your registration will still include:
Four hotel nights
Transportation to and from Dallas
Wednesday & Thursday dinners
Even without the conference ticket, this is still a tremendous value compared to booking everything individually.
Who can attend?
Anyone 18 years of age or older is welcome to register.
Anyone 17 or younger must attend with a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for them throughout the trip.
Please note that an older sibling under the age of 21 is not considered a legal guardian.
When are payments due?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at registration to reserve your spot.
The remaining balance will be paid in four monthly installments:
September 1 – $50
October 1 – $50
November 1 – $50
December 1 – $50
The full balance of $250 must be paid by December 1, 2026.
How are we getting there?
We've reserved six 12-passenger vans, and we'll travel to Dallas together as one group.

What meals are included?
Your hotel provides complimentary breakfast on:

Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Tribe will also provide dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
You will be responsible for:
Lunches each day
Tuesday dinner
Meals while traveling on Monday and Friday
Most people typically budget $100–150 for their remaining meals during the trip.
