Each year, we gather in one place to worship the Lord corporately. This conference is a consecration of the final three days of the year unto God through beholding Jesus. Throughout the conference, there will be extended times of worship, followed by a message from various speakers, an on-site prayer room, and topical sessions designed to equip and strengthen believers.

HOW:
Tribe has made arrangements for 72 people to attend this year at a discounted rate due to a couple generous donations. Without these donations, this trip would cost over $350 per person.
WHO:
This event is being made available to all regular Tribe attendees only through Nov 30, 2025. If any tickets are remaining at that time, beginning Dec 1, 2025, they can be purchased by others, who are connected to someone from Tribe who is also going on the trip, for the same discounted rate of $129.
WHERE:
We will be staying at the Hampton Inn Dallas Downtown (1700 Commerce St.) It is only 6 blocks from the Kay Bailey Hutchenson Convention Center (650 S Griffin St) and it is only a 10 minute walk. We will not be driving back and forth from hotel to convention center this year. YAY!!
WHEN:
The vans will be leaving from Tribe Sunday Dec 28, 2025 immediately after church (plan on getting here early before church and loading your stuff in the van before church starts) We will be returning to Tribe, late on Thursday Jan 1, 2026. Specific times TBD.
FAQ:
When do I need to sign up by?
Registration is open now to only Tribe regular attenders, until Nov 30…or until all the spots are filled.
What if I don’t go to Tribe? Can I still get the discounted rate?
If there are any spaces available after Nov 30, and you have some connection to Tribe (ie a friend from Tribe is going on the trip) you can then register at the discounted rate.
What happens if all the spots are taken and I still want to go?
You can purchase your own tickets, drive down and stay in the same or a nearby hotel and still get to be a part of our group while down there. We would love to have you join us!
What if I want to drive my own car down to Dallas?
If you want to drive yourself…you can…but there is no discount. Paying only $129 for your ticket, hotel & 2 dinners is still an amazing deal.
What if my spouse and I want our own room?
If a couple/family wants their own room…they can get one, but they will have to reserve it themselves and pay for it…and there is no discount. (a room with a king bed for 4 nights is approx $750) Paying the $129 for your ticket, transportation and 2 dinners is still an amazing deal.
What if I already pre-purchased my ticket?
If you already bought a ticket…there is no discount. Paying the $129 for your transportation, hotel and 2 dinners is still an amazing deal.
Who can go on this trip?
Anybody 18 or over is welcome to join the group. If you are 17 or younger, a parent or guardian must also attend and be responsible for you at all times. An older sibling under 21 is not considered a guardian.
When is the registration fee due?
$50 is due at time of registration to save your spot. The remaining $79 is due by Christmas.
What is the provided transportation?
We have reserved vans and will be driving down together, all leaving Tribe at the same time on Sunday after church.
What about meals?
Breakfast on Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs are provided by the hotel. We are providing dinner for everybody on Tues & Wed night. You will be responsible for all of your own lunches, dinner on Mon night and all food while we are driving on Sunday and Thursday.
